Our company offers its customers the "right of withdrawal". If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us, as provided by current regulations (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) within 14 working days of receipt.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Verify that the goods are still intact/functional and in the original packaging; send an email to dopovenditasilamp@gmail.com to report the issue, specifying the order number; 2. Once confirmation is received from one of our operators, carefully package the items in their original packaging and include the return form inside the parcel; 3. 4. Resend the package.
The buyer can exercise the right of return within 14 days of receiving the package.
Products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts (box, certificates, tags, etc.) and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed.
If the product is returned not respecting the points listed above, it will be refunded partially at our discretion based on the conditions of wear of the product, packaging, and the contents of the box.
Transportation costs for returns and goods under warranty are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of returning defective goods under warranty, the costs related to the redelivery for the replacement of the product are at our expense.
MODES OF REFUND
Once returned, the goods will be inspected and if they meet the above requirements we will send you a discount code of the same value of the returned goods, which you can use to purchase whatever you want on our site.
If you wish to request a refund, you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to our headquarters containing a written and signed Declaration of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal indicating the code/item(s) for which the withdrawal is requested. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you can receive a refund of the money (excluding shipping management costs) through the payment channel used at the time of purchase.
In case of payment by cash or bank transfer, we will need your bank details.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article D.Lgs.n°206/2005 , relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract, without any
penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of physical receipt of the Products.
Distance contracts mean that the buyer and the seller are not physically present at the time of delivery of the goods. All items delivered directly to the store do not fall under
distance or mail order sales because the buyer has the ability and the right to inspect the goods before the sale.
The Right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending within the aforementioned term under penalty of forfeiture, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt (A/R) that
explicitly states the intention to withdraw from the concluded contract.
If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he/she must at his/her own expense return the goods INTACT and UNUSED (in its original packaging) and COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL
SEALS (unopened and unaltered) where provided by the manufacturer or distributor.
The return of the product must occur within no more than 10 working days at the Seller's headquarters and delivered during the opening hours and days to the Public.
In no case will products and parcels returned cash on delivery or port assigned be accepted.
In case of doubts about the integrity of the returned product the Seller reserves the right to have the product checked for functionality through an Authorized Service Center.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised according to these instructions, the Seller will refund freely the amount paid for the purchase of the product within a period of 30 days from the date on which
the Seller has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.
The Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
1) for the supply of goods and services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the supplier cannot control.
2) for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3) for the supply of sealed audiovisual or computer software products, opened by the Consumer.
4) for products not available at the supplier at the time of online ordering and purchased on a specific order by the Consumer.
5) for products with obvious signs of wear or use that then prevent the resale of the product to other Customers
The Seller reserves the right, for other goods not referable to the above categories, to request the explicit waiver of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer before the conclusion of the purchase contract.
The right of withdrawal is exercisable only by consumer Customers who purchase with a receipt.
