To be able to make free use of the service, the product must be covered by the warranty and must be sent to the company Silamp in the original packaging.
In order to verify the fact of warranty Silamp, at any time, may request the document of purchase of the product.
In the case of non-availability of this document, the assistance will be considered out of warranty and, therefore, the service will be considered the responsibility of the Customer.
In the case that the object of guarantee has suffered a damage caused by misuse of the same by the Customer care will be considered out of warranty, therefore, the service will be considered the responsibility of the Customer.
The Silamp charges the Customer shipping costs of the goods object of the guarantee in the location of the Customer to our head Office;
Silamp takes the cost of transport in the path of the asset object of the guarantee from our Office to the Customer.
The terms of the warranty may vary from product to product.
If, following verification by the service center with jurisdiction is held to be not operating its service and repair and/or replacement under warranty, Silamp is exonerated from any burden.
Procedure for warranty
We recommend that the Customer Silamp to receive the goods with the formula "signature reserve".
Keep records of purchase and original packaging.
Furthermore, the Guarantee covers exclusively the manufacturing defects of the component.
The Warranty will not be valid in cases where the Component failure is caused by misuse, improper installation (damage to the product, improper nutrition 220v;12v;36v, connections with reversed entry wrong exit, ...etc), service, maintenance and/or repair by Technicians not authorized by Silamp or service centers not authorized.
The product must be accompanied by its box complete with accessories or original package placed inside a proper packing. For proper packing means placed inside a cardboard box robust and protected from impact by material suitable for the purpose (plastic bearings inflated air, expanded polystyrene, and the like).
Attention: Failure to comply with this essential condition will lead to the rejection of the Warranty procedure.
Starting from the date of receipt of the products, Silamp will take 9 business days to verify the material and accept or reject the claim according to the terms in charge.
once accepted you will be sent to the manufacturer, from there, the return time should be from 30 to 40 working days.
All of the products that are not accepted will be returned to the customer at Its own expense, the customer will be required to pay € 15.00 for the "service not due".
The terms of the restitution of the goods returned are 40 WORKING DAYS. If within this period will be impossible to replace / repair the product from the characteristics that are equivalent or superior, and Silamp will provide for the issuance of Credit Note OF the CURRENT VALUE OF the PRODUCT, or the value of purchase of the product ( found from the data of purchase indicated in the same request RMA ) less a depreciation proportional to length of service and the type of product.

L. 6 September 2005 no. 206), states that, pursuant to art.130 of the said Code, in case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of goods by repair or replacement, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4, 5, and 6, or to an appropriate reduction of price or rescission of the contract, in accordance with paragraphs 7, 8 and 9. The consumer may request, at its option, the seller, to repair or replace the goods, free of charge in both cases unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. For the purposes referred to in paragraph 3 shall be considered excessively burdensome to one of the two remedies if it imposes costs on the seller unreasonable in comparison to the other, taking into account: a) the value the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity; b) the extent of the lack of conformity; c) whether the alternative remedy could be completed without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
The cost of the repair or replacement, or the costs referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, refer to the essential costs to make the goods conform, "especially with reference to the costs incurred for shipping, labour and materials" means any shipping costs only the cost that the dealer incurs to send the good repaired or replaced to the customer.
